Mac N Cheese Nuggets

Portions of the ingredients depend on how much macaroni you have. I made 10 good sized nuggets using about 3/4 cup of flour, 1egg, and 3/4 cup of panko. Depending on the size of your skillet, you might want to fry in batches if you are making a lot of nuggets.

Leftover macaroni
Flour
Egg (beaten)
Sriracha
Panko
Seasonings of your choice
Vegetable oil

Put some flour in one dish, the beaten egg in a second dish, and the panko and seasonings in a third dish. Scoop out refrigerated leftover macaroni. With your hands, squeeze it into about a two inch ball.  Drop macaroni into the dish of flour and coat. Move over to the egg and coat. Move over to the panko and seasonings and coat. (I used a fork to roll the ball around in the egg and then to move it over to the panko. I also used a spoon to coat with the panko.). Set aside on a plate. Heat an inch or so of oil in a large skillet. Fry the macaroni nuggets in the oil, turning as needed, until they get brown on all sides.
